CaribbeanJanuary: The Caribbean

According to About.com, “Carnival in the Caribbean has a complicated birthright, tied as it is to colonialism, religious conversion, and ultimately freedom and celebration.” During January, carnival celebrations in this place of 700 islands are in their full swing. Hence, if you are there on this month, then you will surely experience colors, smiles, music, dancing and fun everywhere.


 

Whitefish, MontanaFebruary: Colorado, Utah, and Montana

What to do in these places during the love month? Of course, go snow skiing! Although Girdwood, Alaska, Fernie, British Columbia, Canada, and Zermatt, Switzerland top National Geographic’s list of the World’s 25 Best Ski Towns; Bozeman and Whitefish, Montana and Crested Butte and Aspen, Colorado bagged the fourth, seventh, eight, and ninth spot, respectively.


March: Oahu Waikiki Beach, Oahu

March is not an ‘off-season’ in this Hawaiian Island known as ‘The Gathering Place’. For this reason, expect for the flight tickets and hotel rates to be relatively high. As a tip, book your itinerary as early as you can to save some bucks. Moreover, if you want to enjoy the sun even though March is a rainy season in this island, go to Waikiki Beach or Ko Olina.


 

PeruApril: Peru

April to May is spring season in Peru. April, in particular, is the month when it rarely rains and everyday promises endless sunshine. When in this country, never fail to visit the Peruvian Jungle and experience the tropical rainforest and the rich wildlife.


May: KenyaKenya

Actually, the best months to visit Kenya are January to February and June to October because these are the dry seasons. May, on the other hand, is a wet season but the scenery is still green and picturesque. The advantages of visiting this place during this month are the lower rates and lesser crowd.


MaineJune: Maine

The locals of Maine consider food and dining as a serious business, especially when it comes to seafood. When you are in this state, never fly back home without tasting their fresh lobster and eat it like a local! Or perhaps, why not take home Maine’s original, mouth-watering lobster rolls?
